VidUKon 2014?

The VidUKon con committee have been discussing the idea of running a VidUKon in 2014 in Cardiff - the first one to be an annual event, rather than a biennial one. The short version is this... we're willing to run a VidUKon next year if you're willing to attend.
Obviously, there's a minimum attendence we'd need to be able to break even with the convention, and a somewhat higher threshold if we want to have enough of a financial reserve to continue running the conventions - so as always we'll be relying on people spreading the word and persuading their friends that VidUKon really is the place to go next year.
There's a lot of work to be done before we can firm up a lot of the details, but the general gist is this; if VidUKon 2014 goes ahead, it will:
- be in Cardiff, at the same hotel as the last two events
- if at all possible, include the Friday night programming again
So, if you're reading this, there are a couple of polls below we'd be very grateful if you could complete to help us with the planning. The first question in the poll below is about how likely you are to attend VidUKon if we hold one next year - that will help us try and work out whether we can afford to run the convention, and if we can, what we can lay on.
The second poll is about preferred dates. Following up on the feedback from VidUKon 2013, we've extended the range of potential dates out to give more chance for people with a lot of commitments at various parts of the year to attend - and, potentially, to increase the amount of sunshine attendees might be exposed to (even though I may burst into flame).
So, here's the poll. Please note that for the second question, dates marked with a double asterisk (**) denote bank holiday weekends - it's possible that the hotel will be busier over those weekends or that costs will be higher.
