Today was kinda fun.
Wow, I havn't updated in a couple of days, and there's a lot to tell.
Let's see... Sunday and Monday I hung out with Ben, Chris, Shaun, and Justin, playing poker, videogames, and using trapolines. that was a ton o' fun. I took a buncha pictures but only the privledged few will be able to see them ; ). On the flipside, I got home Tuesday and I realized that I had a ton o' homework. So at that I went. And I was on that until about 12 at which point I fell asleep on my work. I would later awaken at 4 and finish it up, but that was a really long day. The next night, homework only took up about till 12 at which point my dad revoked my priveleges to go out this weekend or to stay up past 11... pshh... like that's actually gonna happen. It's 12....now. Back to my story, I started up my JAVA lessons, I should be able to do some cool stuff in a couple of weeks. For math team, I must make a design to put on their shirts with a 'catchy, creative, non-corny, witty phrase.". I got that assignment thursday and I have had absolutely NO ideas!! I'm having a brain spazzum. Lessee... My classes are soooo easy! I am almost at the point of being angry... but not so much. Math is relearning everything we have learned thusfar in school (math). Science, well I've always been good at science. And Language Arts has never been my strongsuit, but the teacher seems to like my work. Actually, the only class I find difficult is Spanish, because of the fact that it's a different language and my brain is set on 'Non-bizzare American English." Oh, funny story. It was passing time and a group of about 5 of us were trying to get to our next class when we realize that the hall is blocked by a class. Bright guy I am, I sudgest we go around, because there's a door that leads to a staircase that is right next to the class. Our other alternative was to walk up to the second floor and back down, but people liked my idea. So we go outside and walk around the back of the building to reveal that the door is locked! Franticly, we began to search for another door, but all were locked. "We're gonna be late for class!!" I heard a couple of times. So we finally find a door that leads to - guess where - back to where we started. Fortunately, the class had left the hallway so we had a clear passage to our next class with seconds to spare. Phew. Wow, now that I think about it, you kinda had to be there... But a couple of minutes after, we had a fire drill and went out of those locked doors... right.
I needa buy me a copy of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory soon. Other than it being my favorite movie, I need it because I just remembered that next year they're comming out with a new version with Jonny Depp (sp?) as Willy Wonka. That'll be cool. I'm also hoping to recive a PS2 or PSTwo for X-mas, cause with one of them I would be ohh so happy. Mmmm..
So yeah. Today I was reading this book on the elements in science cause I'm just so smart, when I started talking with a couple of friends of mine about how if you take the stuff inside an Etch-a-Scetch and mix it with iron filings, when lit it will create a heat that will melt through a lot of stuff. Very cool.
Hm. Today we had band practice for what didn't seem like an hour. It wasn't too bad. I hopped home, grabbed a bite to eat, then headed bck to the school where I suited up and waited for a half hour (LD decided we didn't want to go out in the rain since we had a competition tommorow.) So halftime was alright, tune 3 went off without a couple of hitches... and 4... well.. we need some work... I hung around the football feild with Molly who was supposed to help me with the Shirts for math team, but she's yet to come up with anything either. Hmph. I came home and learned that Chad wasn't doing anything tonight, so he came by and we watched Eurotrip... THAT MOVIE IS FUNNY AND INNAPROPRIATE.... WATCH IT!! *ahem* Uh... After that I talked with my cousin who's at college, he's doin good. We talked about PS and the like.
