I think I’ve decided. my husband is absolutely wonderful. I told him over and over and over again not to do anything for me for Christmas, or for New Years. But all he did was stuff for me! For Christmas I got a beautiful diamond bracelet, (which he SO got in trouble for, all I got him was a nice sweater!) and then he took me out for New Years ( Read more... )

Are you really giving kids so young *real* swords to play with? Or are you using practice swords?

I have to say I'm with Goten on this one. Aren't you supposed to start kids with rubicus first before you give them real swords?

Don't worry you guys... They're wooden swords. (videl wouldn't let me show them how to handle REAL swords... But, they've gotta start somewhere! ^^;)

Ah, okay then. I was just imagining the mayhem of a bunch of little kids with real swords, then wondering if I could enroll BB in the class. *evil grin*

BB's too young to enter the classes, but when he's older he's welcome to take a stop by.

For right now.. I can only imagine the sort of mayhem he'd cause with a sword at this age. I mean, think of the massacare he'd cause if no one kissed Pizza Mouse.. "say bye-bye! *swing*"

Of course he wouldn't do that, but we don't want to risk it now, do we? ^^;

I was more imagining what other havok the kids could cause on him. Honestly, I am a devoted big brother who loves his little brothers dearly, but I gotta dream, don't I?

What's wrong with real swords? I had my own weapon when I was 5.

Yes, but you were probably raised with a lot more disipline. And, did you have a bunch of other kids with you when you were training? Imagine one of them getting pissed off and deciding to cut up the kid next to them.

Well, I guess in a land of rules and morals, that would be a bad thing.

Well, yeah. Generally kids murdering other kids is frowned upon on earth. *g*

Well, things were probably different for you. You've seen how some kids act around here. Do you think it would be smart to give a bunch of kids real swords? Kids who've been brought up to believe they can do anything they want, whenever they want?

True, but that's society's fault.

practice swords. Tapion's the only one allowed to use a real one... *g*

WHAT!?

I didn't know I was allowed to use a real one!

Now I just feel like I've been mis-training the kids!
