My grandma passed away this afternoon.
She had a stroke on Monday, and then died today. She had just turned 89. I didn't call her to wish her a happy birthday. She had been in the hospital for the past couple months because she had fallen twice and hurt herself. I never called her to tell her I love her. She had a stroke last month while in the hospital, and I never called her or went to visit her. Her last moments of conciousness were spent alone.
