MY UPPER BODY HURTS SOOOO BAD. Sunday I worked out for the first time in over a year. I ran, I biked. I did the weight bench, incline weight bench, bicep curls, abdominal crunches and back extensions. Seems I went a little overboard. My body is so sore, it hurts more TODAY than it did MONDAY. I woke up early this morning and my arm was curled up on my chest. It must have been like that all night while my muscles were sewing. When I straightened it, it literally felt like I was tearing the muscle apart. The inside of my arm at the elbow joint is in the most pain. Seriously... I'm having a hard time wiping my ass.

My stomach
My Back
This sucks.
I have Aikido tomorrow and I will have a very hard time performing if this keeps up. I want to go back to the gym, but it's impossible right now. Next time, I'll take it a little easier.
Last night, after I fell asleep, Lance came to bed and when he was crawling over me I woke up and almost screamed. He scared me half to death. I think I scared him half to death too :) Sorry, baby.
