If you want to try your luck and apply at Johns Hopkins the minimum requirement is to be an NCLEX-RN passer. Then contact SEAPCI at 8104033, they'll be the ones telling you what to do afterwards. I don't know how you would go about the interview process because the representatives from Johns Hopkins will not be staying long in Manila. They'll contact you about it. Good luck!
