I've been out of town, apologies for not replying sooner. But oh, I loved reading this -- thanks so much for your thoughtful commentary! The point you make about the social perception of cross-generational sex is really interesting, as the perceived age difference between the characters was definitely something I was keeping in the back of my mind while making the vid. It's a very complex ship all 'round, and it was a lot of fun to play with and twist that dynamic between them a bit. I'm so glad that you've enjoyed the vid enough to give it your time and analysis, and I am seriously beaming over here. Thank you!

(And yeah, I totally think Patti Smith looks/sounds like Sarah Connor, too. Hee.)

Yay, well I'm glad you liked it. I feel like I had a lot more to say about this ship but tried to keep it really focused on the vid, itself, with the exception of thinking through the inter-generational stuff. :) Anyway, thank you again for letting me do this!
