Here I Go Again - My My
It was a weekend of movies! I ventured out Friday night to catch The Dark Knight with Rich, Stevie and Bob. I enjoyed it a great deal,as did Stevie. The others were less than impressed. I do agree that the flick was a bit long (though in general I like long things). However, I do wish to join the Heath Ledger/Joker fan club. Awesome performance.
Yesterday was Mamma Mia with Harry (AKA Evilene). Fun! Fabulous! The highlight of the adventure was before the movie started. Harry and I were chatting about GALA, men, and his escapades in a normal tone of voice. Believe me, if I were talking loudly, Harry would have noticed and berated me. Anyhow, this cranky cow turned around and asked me if I could talk any louder. "Yes, yes I can," I replied. She was pissed that he and I were talking during the commercials prior to the previews. She probably was less thrilled when Harry called her a bitch. Oy! Drama!
