It's so warm here. We went out today which was really nice. It's my dads birthday. He got a day off, luckily. We saw my social worker earlier in the day. We are talking about maybe upping my dosage or throwing in a bit of the anti-depressant I used to be on, cuz I haven't been feeling all that great lately. But yeah, today was nice  But yeah, today was a nice day out... Which helps I think. I need to get some sleep soon, since I didnt get much sleep last night and was nauseous. I'm nauseous lately when I dont get sleep, I think the heat might play a part in that : )

I realise I haven't been posting much. June had lots of gaps where I didnt post. I might post more this July : ) We'll see. I might find that I wanna update more on my state, my feelings or whatever else. We shall see. Hope you all had a good day too : )
