Nodame Cantabile
So I've been bored lately as I don't have school until February and now I'm all free to do anything I want. I decided to watch Nodame Cantabile after seeing Tamaki Hiroshi in the VS Arashi new year special episode. I only watched like 3 or 4 episodes in the past so I was determined to finish everything (the drama, special and movies) as soon as possible. In the end, I finished everything in 2 days, something common as iIm a drama addict and I can spend the whole night watching dramas. My record was 8am in the morning and decided to sleep at that time cause I was afraid of getting caught by my cousin (she might report about my drama night to my mom).
Once again, I fell in love with Chiaki senpai and Hiroshi plus a new OTP "Nodame + Chiaki". This coupling is just so cute that googled everything about them being together (even hoped that they had some dating rumor in the past) but didn't find anything :( Guess they are just close friends in real life as I watch their behind the scenes and interview or show appearances.
I also watched lots of their NGs. It's cute how the staffs and the casts woo anyone who messes up during the filming. Jurichan's NGs are funny too though, how she keeps messing up her lines. I guess I'll be hooked up in Nodame Cantabile for the next weeks before I can move on to another drama or I just might watch it over and over again).
I want to recommend this drama to those who love music, especially classic music (I'm one of them) cause this drama has great romance, comedy and classic music in it. Every time I see this drama, I always have the urge to play the piano. The chemistry between Nodame and Chiaki is really good. Their romance is kind of different from other dramas: Nodame the silly baka type but she is a prodigy in piano and Chiaki, who has plane phobia but is the perfect guy when it comes to looks and skills in music.
I think that this drama worths the time as you will get to know more about classic music, collaborations and orchestras. You will also get to see the beautiful views of Europe: Paris, Vienna, Prague and Czech Republic where the filming takes place. Other than that, it has beautiful friendships between students. Try and watch it once, bet you will not regret it!
