Subject: Party: Sat, 9-22. Apartment warming.
Body: YAR finally yes. A certain amount of alcohol will be provided but byob-ness is encouraged. (There will be no light beer provided, that is for certain, so if that's your thing you had better bring some.)
Time: starts approximately 8 o clock. I fully expect there to be some people there beforehand but eh. Ends at approximately when the last person that is not Joseph or myself is gone.
Location: the new place, at 5711 Gulfton, Apt 2309, zip 77081. General area is 59 outside 610. I'll post a map or something later. There's actually a convenience store built into the apartment complex. *** IT IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND SELLS BEER. ***
Restrictions: nothing besides alcohol and tobacco allowed. Smoke outside.

If you are getting this bulletin, then you are an exception to this rule; this extends to significant others as well. Most anyone else we are making an exception for should know already as well. Beyond that, if you aren't sure, ask. I don't want to see random 15 year olds that know someone that knows someone showing up.
We do have security guards and shit on the property, and this is our first party in the new place. So, try to restrict noise levels to sub-nuclear explosion levels until we can gauge their tolerance for this sort of thing. We're kind of near the edge of the property so it shouldn't be an issue.
