I just saw the Sga cliffy :) It was a great ep, loved the little bits and the fact they involved Carson, but I just realised that if I hadn't read any fanfic, I would have liked the show a lot less. Probably 80% of my Carson love is due to fanfic :D

Ah, now see, I read that line differently. I had him at 6 siblings. 7 kids total. We talk about my dad being from a family of 10. And that's only referring to the children of his parents. We don't include them. Of course that may have to do with his father leaving them and his mother checking out mentally at about that point. *shrug*

What I want to know is where he fit in the line up. Something tells me either oldest - who was harrangued into helping with the littles an awful lot - or the youngest. Carson is written so erratically swings back and forth between being stereotypical oldes and stereotypical youngest.

If it's as you say with 7 kids, and probably it is, it's just like Paul's family... so yeah, that could be the reason.

I think he was the oldest one. That would explain his actions and way of being a bit more than him being mommy's boy, as some have labeled him.
