Hello Kelly, your piece of writing was very well written. Only I am left wondering what the light mentioned in the beginning of the text actually is. I have a basic, yet very immediate and cliché thought, however I am not too sure what you are really implying, which is a great technique used by many poets within the writing of literature. Was that what you were purposely attempting to achieve, or were you looking for a diminutive, yet fascinating response? You have made interesting comments based on the many individuals living within our present world, you have made wise comments on those within our society which seem to believe the world is perfect, however I would not think of these individuals as being "wrapped up in their happiness", rather they are continuously surrounded by 'wonderful and perfect' things, that the thought of an unperfected world seems to be impractical and inconceivable. Maybe they themselves are living within a façade’- Good work =) xx
