yeah, we were there as well (similarly, came as 4, left as 5 :)

and i agree with you on the ukr vs russian (and i'm neither so no bias) - i think ukr are nicer and more open. i've found this from extensive travel and meeting both abroad. and ukr girls are better looking (more gene mixing)

kstati - i was born in kiev but only understand 40ish %, ask for translation too :)

They are the westerners, harder to understand anyways, but I did Ok:-)))
Back then, they were forcing us hard to learn ukrainian at schoo. Our Ukrainian teacher was sooo dedicated, we were terrified by her! Consequently learned ukrainian well:-))) when I go back these days, couple of days and it all comes back to me.
