i miss the old days...
LOL, it's like 3:21 AM now, and I'm supposed to be sleeping, but ugh, I don't feel sleepy (maybe it's because of the tea I drank a while ago XDD). But anyway, I felt like searching my mail for some interesting stuff, and I was surprised that I actually overlooked my Sent Mail folder and found an archive of almost all of my messages in YM two years ago.
Some messages are quite hilarious, others are quite heartbreaking. But even if I've read through the entries that makes me remember the bad days, I found them amusing. I couldn't believe how much time has passed, and how much we have changed over the years.
Oh the old days...especially when we would always stay up late to talk about a lot of things, changing topics every time, and sometimes, when we were in the mood, we would talk about serious stuff. There were times when we shared so much about ourselves, talked about what we feel at the current moment, and even cried as we went through a problem together. Chatting was our only means to freely share what we had in mind; we always had our own share of difficulties talking to each other in person, either we didn't have time 'cause we were too busy with school, or that there was something that prevents that from happening. It's so ironic, though. I mean we were still together in the same school, but we could not even engage in a pretty decent conversation apart from electronic means. But I'm glad we were able to get over it.
Now that 2 years has passed, there had been a lot of changes that happened, but there are also some things that didn't. Despite being apart from each other, we still shared the same friendship we had over the last 5 years, and I could say it became even better, after what happened between us 2 years ago. Wow, would you look at that? 5 years! Just look at how fast time goes! For 5 years, we had been through so much; even if majority of the events were not good; for 5 years, we stood by each other despite all the factors that were against us.
It had been quite a great journey. I will never forget these memories. :DD
