Here's a cooking tip: When making Indian food, cream of coconut is not a good substitute for coconut milk. Even if you try to thin it out with some normal milk. Unfortunately, the only container I saw coconut milk sold in at Publix was a coconut. No thanks. I tried that once when I was a kid and all I remember was hammers and giving up after 10 minutes.

That was the only thing that went wrong, though! I'm getting close to actually cooking a good tasting Indian dish! I did manage to make an excellent tasting strawberry lassi.

More importantly, though, if anyone here likes spaghetti, I have acquired my Stepmother's famous spaghetti sauce recipe. I would be happy to share the love and make some damn fine spaghetti for anyone.
