New Year's
For the second year in a row I organised a Slumber Party in my apartment for New Year's Eve, with lyxatize, supochi, frenzee and alitna attending.
As we are all well-behaved children, there was absolutely no alcohol whatsoever consumed, but we managed to have fun anyway with drawing, gaming and watching furry things on video. Lots of dangerous drugs of the sugar variety were ingested however, including a so-called mud-cake (gyttjekaka) that my mother had made, and which despite its name was rather good, if heavy.
At midnight we took a hike to a nice spot on a nearby mountain with a view over much of the town, and were duly impressed by the fireworks. Supochi was busy taking pictures, trying out her new camera.
No Dance Dance Revolution this time, unfortunately, but I think most of us were too tired from various colds and stuff, to do that anyway. Frenzee had also forgotten to bring his self-propelled tanks, which was a pity because I wanted to do one-on-one battles using them.
