The warehouse sits as inconspicuously as it did before -- except the damages taken from the Autobots' attack still haven't been fixed. There are still telltale signs of their passage through: broken doors, banged-up walls, scorch marks from lasers and such. It would be easy to follow in their footsteps should anyone, say... a Decepticon warlord, ( Read more... )

*it was an attack he wasn't expecting, and he had no idea what it was meant to do until it was too late. Galvatron plunges into oblivion with his own dying scream of rage echoing in his audials...*

*until he comes awake again, blinking through eyes that seem fogged and ill-focused* *sits up, gasping, and a moment later realises what has been done to him....*

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*leaps to his feet, discovers he is as weak as a newborn kitten and isn't used to this body yet, and falls flat* *sits up again, shaking his head, and looks around...*

*the cylinders around are occupied by... various creatures. The most normal-looking are the nondescript male and the two half-grown adolescents (one with bright red hair, one with a very unnatural shade of purple) and the delicate-looking redhead. The others...*

*Drath's machine has... struggled. There's a huge black panther curled in the bottom of one cylinder, nose on paws. There's a bipedal reptilian beast probably no taller than a human's knee, who is snarling and slashing at the glass of his cylinder with tiny claws and fangs.*

*And then there's Galvatron and the remaining two. Apparently, Unicron's handiwork does not take well to being remodelled. Galvatron himself, feeling at his temples, finds triple spikes of bone jutting from his brow in mimicry of his usual crown; the tall, lithe, bluish-haired male opposite him has a pair of horns and a set of back-jutting bone blades apparently growing through his forearms; the shorter, stockier, bearded figure beside him has long crooked nails that could easily be called claws. All three of them are a good foot taller than human average and their faces are far too harsh to look like anything nature ever created on earth - the proud steel beauty of their Cybertronian features has translated more or less directly into jutting cheekbones, angular jaws, narrowed eyes and pointed noses.*

*Galvatron, for once in his life, decides to take a moment to think about this. At least now he knows what happened to the Autobots, but this was not how he had planned to find out.*

*It's probably not a good idea to be Victor Drath right now.*

((Hope everyone is okay with the slight weirdness of the transformations. In the cartoon, the machine seems to make the bodies as it needs them - I'm just playing with the idea that it's not entirely immune to the Unicron taint-effect. Opinions?))

((oops, hang on, I didn't realise we'd already shifted to the cells. Can we just say Galvatron and Overkill both passed out again from shock before they were moved? I'll pick up again from the cells.))
