Anybody care to file legal charges against @FrankieCage101?
Unlike some, I'm not so willing to excuse the fact this person keeps raping various people on twitter. The fact he keeps making new accounts to get around people blocking him, so he can start raping them all over again, says enough to me that he's an actual rapist too scared to do it anywhere but through a computer.
That's really his only saving grace, he's a coward.
According to his twitter account he lives in Norwich, Connecticut. Going by photos he keeps posting of himself I was able to cross reference that and determine his name actually is Frankie L. Cage. He lives in the 06360 zip code.
See, unlike Ceno, who claims to live all over the place, this little self important twit (what adult male chooses Frankie over Frank?) actuaslly has a specific address that people can inform authorities they want to press charges.
I've looked over his account. The guy actually thinks he can openly threaten to rape people, describe raping them in detail, just because he doesn't believe cyberbullying is real!

I suspect Ceno, who not surprisingly is a friend to this asshat, might make a stab at claiming what I'm doing here is cyberbullying. Ceno thinks anything that prevents him from cyberbullying is cyerbullying so he's not a good judge. Let me clear this up though.
Ceno likes to find all the personal info he can on someone in order to terrorize them, give them emotional trauma, and pretty much run and hide; lock up all internet presences and go stark raving paranoid.

Frankie Cage is threatening people and traumatizing them. He either can't see, or refuses to, that the people that write the accounts are who he's attacking. It doesn't matter if they write fictional accounts, that he's targeting the fictional characters they portray. He's attacking the people that write those accounts.
Also, it's a little weird that he both claims he's a cyberbully and an RP-rapist when he also says that both of those things don't exist.
The point is what he's doing is actually illegal. If any of the people that write the accounts he keeps targeting want to their are actionable files on the books that any court of the land would have a field day locking him up for.
That bit above should be enough for anyone that wants to contact the authorities and press charges for what this bastard is doing to actually find him.
