I'm one of the few RPers, as much as I ever do that, who actually knows 
EvilGrins, the writer of
The Daily Rag in both twitter and livejournal mediums. Technically he got me started on the idea a few years ago over a pizza.
I've known Ray from conventions for over a decade.
This Ceno guy is the lowest of the low. Can't think of one redeeming quality to the man. Recently he made one of his account into a Ray.

Despite the fact that a lot of Ceno's account have gone missing lately, I did a quick skim of the remaining ones. Wanted to see what the other Ceno accounts thought of the newest of their number: The Ceno-Ray.

The Ceno-dentist clearly has a problem with their newest family member:
I'm guessing @DivinityEvil-Ceno-Ray has really bad teeth.

And there you have it. Ceno actually made an account with such horrendous RP that the other accounts he wrote couldn't stand the guy.
Not the first time someone, or something, suggested that Ceno is filled with self loathing.
