Ok so like I weighed myself Saturday SUPRISE 202 lbs Holy crap.. Getting fat sneaks up on you.
This is the heaviest I have been in a while. When the fat pants are tight you know you lost control.
Anyhow Started the Gym like I said I would on Monday night.
I will behave with the yummy bad foods.
30 minutes of cardio activity 4 times a week with healthy portions of food I bring to work.
I have my healthy choice steamer for lucnh 2.50 for lunch and they really are not bad.
Anyhow I'll keep eveyone posted. Hoping to drop down to 185lbs.
