[the video clicks on with his cell phone falling to the floor and opening. Why video you ask? Because I'm spicing things up. Everyone gets to see House hobbling down a hallway where several groups of people getting ready to leave as clinic hours close before stopping.]
Who here has been using the pens by the desk? [Nearly all the clinic patients raise their hands, looking around at each other nervously as House turns enough for the camera to catch his grim expression. One woman speaks up.] Is everything ok?
[House turns again so his face isn't seen but whatever is on it makes everyone begin to squirm uncomfortable.]
Oh it's nothing really, one of the interns just got admitted for blennus and we think he dropped one of his pe- never mind, it's probably nothing.
[This causes a mass outburst from the people questioning him while the nurses look at each other, trying to remember what 'blennus' is but too proud or scared to ask in case they should just know.
House turns, beginning to hobble away as he addresses one of the nurses.] Oh don't worry, it's normally characterized by excessive sweating and overheating in early stages.
[The clinic bursts into movement as there is a mad swarm to the desk, House from the video's view from the floor walking off with a smug look on his face. He stops and turns to notice the phone, picking it up and shutting it off without a thought.]
