My cousin just called to me we have ticket to see U2 in Atlanta. General admission tickets no less. I 'll have to breakout my tall platform concert shoes so I can see over everyone's head (I'm already pretty tall as it is).
The concert is 2 days after my birthday so Happy Birthday to me!
This has been an awesome week. They rearranged our office so now I have a window and three monitors. I get to do work I actually like with a supervisor I actually respect. Good times ahead. If only there had been a raise involved. Also my parents bought me a new vacuum that's supposed to be awesome cleaning up pet hair. Kaylee sheds like crazy to be such a small cat. And not the least is I got my great-grandmother's sideboard refinished and it look great. Now I just have to get my grandmother's matching table moved in.
I went to go see the Rat Pack Is Back show with the neighbors Tuesday. It was pretty good. The Dean wasn't that great, but the Frank was really good. The Sammy was also very good, but he didn't really dance or do the impressions like Sammy Davis Jr. did. Seriously, how could hold anyone hold a candle to Sammy dancing wise anyway. He did do a great Mr. Bojangles, which I always find to be an incredibly sad and upsetting song.
Now I have to decide if I want to go see Shooter Jennings in Charleston, SC at the end of the month. It might be a fun weekend trip if I can get someone to go with me.
