OK is not okay
Oklahoma is our least favorite state. The reason for the stopped traffic was a jeap that had rolled off the side of the road. It was on the flat bed by the time we got there, practically folded in half. Sad. The roads here are two lanes with like a five inch shoulder on each side and then a very steep drop into nothingness. It's very dangerous. Other reasons OK is no good: McDonald's serves it's soda in stirophome cups (how is that even possible? do they ship plastic cups to every McDonald's except the Oklahoma one?), they don't do road construction in chunks but close off hundreds of miles of road at one time while they work on it, there is nothingness for miles - most states have gas stations and quickie marts every 10 miles or so - OK advertised "vending machines" 20 miles ahead, there's nothing interesting to listen to on the police scanner, the roads are rediculously bumpy, one other reason that will not be shared, and we're only half way through it :(. The only positive is that we're officially half way home!!!
On another note, I was just informed that I'm not allowed to eat in the next car that Bobby purchases. I told him there's no need to argue about it until that time comes.
