I love the holidays...
So Friday night, Chet took me to Sears to get my Christmas present. He bought me a digital camera (Kodak Easyshare Z740) with a printer that you hook it up to and it prints out my photos. It has 10x optical zoom and 5.0 megapixels. It's great! I love it!
I know, why am I getting my Christmas present so early? Well he was going to be getting his XBox 360 tonight, but Microsoft ended up only sending 20 and I am between 30 and 40 on the list. They are sending a second shipment, but they don't know when or how many will be in it. So Chet ended up changing his mind and asked me to cancel the xbox reservation. I'm just buying him tools and a sway bar for his car now...and waiting on the xbox until his Birthday. We went to eat Guthries after that and went and got our tickets to see Harry Potter. When we went in, there was a long line just to be seated for the movie. We both didn't feel like sitting there through all of that, so we traded our tickets in for Sunday.
Saturday, I got up and went to Chets and we played around with my camera. Then we went and got some drinks from Walmart and headed to Linz and Jacob's to watch the Bama game. We had a lot of fun. We met some of their friends from their church. There were 5 couples there in all. We grilled out and watched the game. Then, after that 2 couples left and the rest of us stayed around talking and ended up going and getting a movie and watching it. The guys also decided they wanted to try this nasty Grass Jelly Drink that one of Jacob's co-workers from the Phillipines gave him. It was digusting!

Then Sunday we got up and went to church! It was wonderful! We went and ate La Fiesta after church and then we went back to Chet's. I took a nap while he worked on his car and then we went and watched Harry Potter. It was pretty good. It left a lot out from the book. Monday night, Rach came over and hung out with me and meg and we had a blast together. We took a bunch of goofy pictures. Yesterday, I worked and then went to Chet's. Well, I was off of work today and so Chet's dad went with me and Chet to the credit union and we got a loan for me to buy a car!!!! yesssss! So we've been looking all day. I cannot wait! Gennie was suppose to come out and hang out with me, Chet, Rach, and Meg....but his momma has his car, so Chet went out there to hang out with him and we are going to have some more girl time!!
Tomorrow, is Turkey day!! I am going to be with Chet and his family and then Friday we are going to my parents. I hope everyone has a wonderful Turkey Day!! And don't eat too much!! And don't forget to think about all of the things you are thankful for...just a few of mine this year...
