i always break out when it's period time- that's why i was put on the pill when i was 13...it helps control the crazy hormones a bit but doesnt cure it. it still happens to me too, and it's the WORST.

also, i only allow for a period every 3 months if it makes you feel any better about it..i get bad cramps so it's recommended for me. dr sue does say it's safe, and im living proof!

yup, i'll even explain the physics to ya if you really want to know...

normally you take 21 pills and then stop taking them for a full week...but instead, you can skip the break, and thus skip a period, it's wicked shit.

doesn't that depro shot do basically that holding your dosage consistent for the 3 months?
