spring spring spring yay
seasonal update woo. life is going. still at the vet, but looking for a new job (livable pay and benefits would be ideal...), dating ben who is awesome, living at (renting now) parents' house, sister hasn't moved in yet (supposedly -this- week now?). i've got a bunch of little former-seeds living on my counter - quickly taking it over. they're going to be moving to containers on my deck in a few short weeks for sure.
spent the weekend with ben's parents (visiting dc from minnesota) - went downtown saturday for the parade/cherry blossom festival. metro trains were more crowded than i ever experienced in japan and we could have used the train packer people for sure. got a nice dc sunburn and saw just about every monument one could think of. yikes.
woke up at a reasonable time to make yogurt (need to incubate for 4 hours) - working 12-8 screws with a lot of timing...usually sleep until 8 or 9 and then no time for anything productive, gah!
life is actually going quite well if i don't think about money (so stressful) but having a good time hanging out with friends and joe (but never enough time for him - coming to work today probably haha).
