Oh dear GOD!!!
Oh my God :( Thom gave me a gorgeous red rose today, I managed to carry it everywhere so carefully, all over school and to all my lessons - and then Alex and Lilly (Alex my best friend!!! and lilly... well... a popular girl, but she's quite nice I guess) shedded it right in front of his face, 2nd to last period (after Lunch - time table = I.C.T - frech - break (15 mins) - art - lunch (1 hour) - Physics - regestration (5 mins) - Geography - Maths, it happened in geography). I feel so bad!!! He didn't deserve that. I'm actually more shocked that Alex would do such a thing!
He just said "Have you been thinking about whether to go out with me or not? It's a no isn't it?"

Look - you're one person, and no matter what you may say, think or feel, you have a lot of amazing friends who act always with your best interests at heart, you just may not be able to see that, and (being boys) they can't tell you that. Over the past month or so, I've lost (somehow) nearly all of my existing friends. I've recently told ben.f to fuck off, so I've lost him now (Although that's a GOOD thing...) all I have is Alex.B for a best mate, and then Katie, Alice and Patricia (maybe Ben.K, I dunno) for bog standard friends. If I go out with you, I'll loose all of those friends for something that I'm not ever sure would work out, and if it didn't and we broke up, I don't even want to have to imagine crawling back to them to beg for their friendship again.

I've already gone from having a healthy load of friends, to barely any, and then suddenly I've hit an all time low. I don't want to hit rock bottom.
