So I havent really been updating all that much, but its not cuase i dont want to, actually have been kidna wanting to lately, just got no time to update during the week, but i do now so ill go right ahead.
Ive been thinking about sleep a lot lately. What an interesting subject. I sure love to do it. lol, i go to bed before the sunsets on school nights jk. But really like around 930 so far this year. And idk whats wrong with me but i STILL fall asleep in school lol. As if the 8 and half hours im getting shouldnt be enough. Math class is really great to sleep in, there is something about that wing of the school, i get great naps there.
There is soooo much more to sleep though. I love to dream. Its always sooooooo fun. Only bad part is that you wish they could come true sometimes. They just make sleeping so exciting, its like having ur own little movie going, w/ people you know and famous ppl too sometimes. Even nightmares, i like those too. Kinda like a horror movie. As long as i know they arent true, they dont bother me one bit. I mean sometimes its like ewwwwww how did that thought cross my mind, but you cant control ur dreams, so i try not to let it bother me. Have you ever had a dream and u think it really happened? Those happened to me a few times, kinda confusing, but amusing in the end. But sometimes ur dreams just tease you like OMG WHY CANT THAT REALLY HAPPEN?!!! and then there are those dreams we all have had, lol like falling off a building or going to school in ur underwear(hate those, lol, but seem to remember them more than a lot other dreams) or i like the one where i can fly, thats fun. I hate when you cant remember a dream, that sucks.
Other parts of sleep fascinate me too. Lol might start sounding like a complete idiot here, dont know if other people are as interested in the subject as I am, but this my journal lol, so im gonna speak. The whole thing in general just kinda amazes me, like our bodies just shut down, you are completely out of it. Like ur dead, except breathing. idk how to describe it.
I also want to know like what the different types of sleep mean. Like when you sleep really soundly and go the whole night without waking up, do you get more rested? Or like what about when you seem to wake up every hour. Lately ive been having a lot of trouble falling asleep. Takes me like at least half an hour to an hour. I hate it, ur just lying there hoping to fall asleep, why does that happen, even when ur tired sometimes!
One final note on sleep....always kinda strikes me as funny when people ask what time you fell asleep. Never really know do we. Cuase i mean if your asleep cant exactly look at the clock now can we. And if you do look at the clock ur obviously awake. Never can remember even like the exact moment you went to sleep...just kinda happens. Maybe I should like be some doctor who studies sleep, hmmmm
And on one last and unrelated note, i find it really annoying when i feel something vibrate in my pocket and reach in thinking its my phone only to grab a pen or a wallet or what not. soo frustrating/you wonder whats wrong with urself
If i dont update again before thursday.....HAPPY THANKSGIVING...I CANT WAIT FOR MY DAYS OFF : )))))))))
