So I've decided that for today everytime I eat I'm going to post the time and exactly what it was as the calorie content so hopefully it keeps me strong because I don't want to let everyone down!!

10am: special K biscuit moments, strawberry, 98cals for 2.

I figured something small shouldn't hurt too much and will kick start my metabolism for the day :)
