Next chapter, new verse
I ended the last sculpture (maquette shown in an earlier post) not with a bang, but a whimper. Sometimes, dead ends happen, I guess.
Taking stock. I've started two video projects. I started shooting this morning. One project is a documentary, and I'm beginning it with a video diary/journal. I may use this platform to post some process stuff. The learning curve isn't too bad. Yet. More to come.
Jackson is home from Humboldt St. He seems to have had a successful first year. I'm happy, relieved, etc. Lots of family activities going on. All the kids are in town, grandkids are a given, school still has a month to go.
