I am extremely excited and happy to say that I had an absolute blast visiting you guys. The main reason I was not able to actually be part of cast this year was due to my business venture. But I hope to be back in the circuit as soon as possible, not just with Pirate Fair but with all fairs that I've been missing terribly.
I think things went very well and they were all pulled off wonderfully. I am glad to see that for the few who do not let politics get in the way of their passions that they can stick together as a family. I'm not saying any who did not stick around are wrong. I understand that some people see it differently and although they might have liked staying, there was just not a possibility for some of them.
I have held my tounge the majority of the time as I do not feel it is my place to speak my mind. I've only been in fairs for a handful of years. Others who have 20 or 30 years experience would be more apt to discuss politics in the circuit then me. But in commenting on what you saw happening as a cast memeber I wanted to let you know I saw amazing things as a patron, and despite what anyone thinks, thats what it's all about. The patrons.
As a patron for the first time in years for Pirate Fair I had a blast and was happy with the outcome you guys produced. I am happy for and proud of each and every one of you.
Congrats! It felt and looked like a hell of a family out there. You all did an amazing and wonderful job. I can't wait to be a part of the family again soon.
