Slow Cooker beef and Gravy

1 boneless chuck roast, any size
16 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
2 packages of dried lipton onion soup
3-4 potatoes
bag of baby carrots
app. 1 cup of water

Cut a couple of the potatoes up and put it in the bottom of your slow cooker. Place the meat into the cooker, covering it with the remainder of potatoes and the baby carrots. In a side bowl mix the onion soup, water and cream of mushroom soup together. Pour over the meat and veggies till completely covered. Add a tad more water if it looks like you need it. Cover and cook on high for 6-8 hours.

~~

1 chuck roast
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 packet of dried onion soup mix mixed with a cup of water
couple of potatoes cut up
bag of baby carrots

same as above. put all together and cook all day. It's basically the same recipe as above, except use the crushed tomatoes or even chopped tomatoes instead of the mushroom soup.

~~

3/4 c Rice- it doesn't say to cook it first, but I would cook it cause when I made it, the rice was underdone.
10 1/2 oz Cream of celery soup
10 1/2 oz Cream of mushroom soup
4 1/2 oz Can whole mushrooms
1 Small jar pimiento strips*
8 Chicken breasts -- halved (though I used strips of chicken tenderloin)
Grated parmesan cheese

* pimientos should be drained

Place rice in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients except chicken and
cheese in bowl. Mix well. Pour half of mixture over rice. Place chicken
on top. Pour remaining soup mixture over all. Cook on high for 3 hours or
until chicken is tender. Garnish with cheese.
