Tentacle Haus, 1193 South Van Ness Avenue
Solving the conundrum of being offered two great spaces we received the answers we hoped for on our preferred space.

My friends of Tentacle Haus, 1193 South Van Ness Avenue... the answers to our questions:
1. Aeire plays the Accordion until 10pm: "We might start to dance the polka."
2. 30-40 Person Party Making: "Just let us know in advance."
3. Subletters: "No problem. Meeting the person you choose would be nice."
I gave Annette the 100% YES. She'll be emailing leases to us sometime in the next couple of days and would like to meet with Whitney and I on Saturday or Sunday.
I will call Gallo and give her our thankful decline.
