I love the way you write Ellen so much. She's looking out for her husband, and she's nice to Laura while at the same time totally keeping track of that so she can use it later. And Ellen crying in the showers! So amazing.

You write Ellen so well. It's very easy to feel compassion for her; you've somehow made her more familiar. A look into the earlier parts of the season, if you will. :) Thanks so much for sharing. I love that you're able to put these two in a situation, that her moves are just as calculated. This pairing works because Roslin and Ellen are probably made of the same, 'ruthless' mode; but you've managed to get them together by virtue of their vulnerabilities, too.

Rambling Roslin rocks. :P Especially in the midst of a fever.

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback. I'm so glad that you enjoyed my Ellen characterization. I definitely like to bring more of her dimensions forward. Secondary characters often get the short-stick on ensamble shows.

Roslin and Ellen are always fun to write together since Ellen is Roslin's foil.

Nicely done. I like how Ellen is so compassionate toward Laura here, even as she stores the moment uo for later favors.
