Taime's having troubles. I know I shouldn't worry about him. But it's hard. It's hard to think of him like...like what he is. It's too big.

Ed is not having a good day.

Met Lars. He knows the Jaegers too.

I wonder where Evan comes up with all these questions?Also: must remember I'm going to dinner with Nagi some time after the honeymoon

He smiles. "I'm just great. How are you, Ali?"

He nods. "I can imagine. Anything I can do to help?"

"Not unless you can make seven hats fit in one box without crushing anything..."

"Well I could actually but you wouldn't like the way I do it." He grins sheepishly.

"I don't dislike magic, Evan. I'm really rather fond of it. I just think you need to be more careful."

"Well if you want, I can charm your hat box."

[vicioussweetie]

"And what would that do to it?"

[lil_mysteries]

"I used to have a hope chest in the shop that you could put things in and they'd disappear but you could still reach in and feel them and pull them out. I think I can do the same thing to your hat box."

"Huh. Sounds useful."

[lil_mysteries]

"It is. If you want it done, just let me know. Wouldn't take more than a half hour."

[vicioussweetie]

"That would be wonderful. Thank you." The wonderful thing about hat boxes is that they hardly take any time to empty, so it isn't long at all until she's got two for him.

"So you want them both done? No problem. I'll take them to the shop and be back soon."

[vicioussweetie]

"If possible. But it's also good to have spares, just in case, right?"
