I am absolutely not plotting with anybody.

I am wondering, though, why the kids I know are more mature than half the people in the Nexus. Actual kids. Like, six years old kids. Not teenagers.

It's nearly my birthday. I wonder what kind of flowers my parents would like...

"It's close to the day it's counted. Nobody knows when exactly I was born. Usually there's a party and cake and presents but...I've never really felt like it was real so I don't do much with anyone other than my parents." She's not smiling. Not even her usual little 'amused with the world' smirk. Ohnoes!

She nods, leaning against him slightly, and enjoying the sensation of not being the tallest person in the hug. And, of course, she hugs him. She's Ali, it's what she does.
