Happily. The main ingredients are pomegranate molasses (or juice, reduced down to a syrup), crystallized orange (I use True Citrus), and sour cream. I mixed about a quarter-cup sour cream with two teaspoons pom molasses, and a good pinch of the crystallized orange. Add salt and pepper to taste, and whatever herbs and spices will go well with your meal--I did tarragon and dill for the chicken, but Italian blend or Herbs de Provence would work really well. I spooned it over chicken that was already browned and mostly cooked in a skillet, and stirred it into the juices at the bottom while it was heating up.

I subbed out the orange for lime and dill for summer savory tonight, and added about a teaspoon of Dijon mustard and a bit of onion and garlic powders, to make a sauce for steaks. I marinated some blade steaks in pom juice with a few cracks of pepper and a splash of balsamic vinegar, then reduced the marinade while the steaks were resting, and added the sour cream and mustard. I tossed a bit over some snow peas for cooking, and drizzled a bit into my baked potato.
