Get up, check on Alured, yoga, have a little something to eat, get the goslings up and ready, make breakfast, bring the goslings to school, go to my own classes, work out, lunch, visit the Nexus, come home, work, play with the goslings, visit friends, dinner, more playing, put the goslings to bed, relax, sleep.

My routine is generally flexible, and there aren't many parts I can't handle having changed.
