It's a lovely Sunday morning in the Trainer household, with most everyone having had their breakfasts. It had been a particularly lovely weekend, certain Friday evening events notwithstanding, and everyone was in the happy sort of mood that came of having a day of leisure to anticipate. The adults soon drifted off to this and that, leaving Ali to finish up with the goslings. There were two topics of conversation, though Ali tried to steer them towards what they'd do that day. Her plans with Jas were fluid, but she couldn't go all day without seeing her goslings, so lunch was a fixed point in everyone's day. Once they seemed to understand that, she sent them off to play. They opted to stay upstairs and say hello to James when he arrived.
Once she was sure they'd all had enough to eat, Ali changed into a light summer dress, and made sure everything was ready. Alured was wearing an adorable "I Wanna Be A Pirate" shirt today, and his favorite red hat. Now all she needed was for her captain to arrive before she fussed something to death.
