so kenny and I went to the palestinian solidarity event last night. did you know that the YMCA in palestine is way more radical than it is here and is liberating stolen olive trees from israel and replanting them in palestine? no joke.
then to city hall to talk about the stadium proposal. fuck a bunch of rich white bros who own businesses in shockoe bottom. fellas don't give a fuck about the african-american community in richmond or their history that created this city and was then trampled by white flight and big business. the women and children of this community will be pushed out and have to ride the bus for an hour every day to sell fucking popcorn for 6 dollars an hour in a stadium for a B team that took their home. and this is nothing new, it's just like the interstate, and colluseum, just another step backward for this racist city.
