Okay dokey, here are pictures of the garden one month in. We'll the first one is actually of the stand I built for the solar heater. I may have to get a second heater next year. I don't know if one is enough. So far the pool hasn't gotten above 70.
Here is the back garden. Carrots, corn, Radishes all from seed in the near garden. Pumpkins in the far box. Lettuce and beets to the right. Tomatos and squash in left.
My sunflowers keep growing in circles...
I added trellises for my sugar pumpkins and peas. I still need to make one for the melon's down below. I have eight good starts to corn!
I didn't have another space for them, so I am growing onions in a bucket.
These two tomatoes were started from seed. They had a very rough time of it since I transplanted outside too early. I lost two others, but these have started to sprout new leaves!
Carrots grow SO SLOW!!!! The sprouts in the foreground were planted three weeks after those in the background and they are close to the same size!
Radishes are the easiest to grow. We have them all over. Also, down close, two winter squash that are just hanging on after the freeze.
My herbs. These were all bought. Except the lettuce down front. These also were indoor starts that just suddenly took off. Next year, I have to be more careful to have enough water in the soil when I transplant.
