(no subject)
I couldn't be giddier! =D it's been a sweet couple of weeks since work finished. There were boring, lonely, unproductive days, but BUT but it was all worth getting my sexay little Snowy. She's my new pet Pulsar and for some reason I'm smitten with her. She goes so smooth, she's got power windows and central locking and ummm a reasonably powerful engine..or so I'm told and she feels pretty vroomy. And up until about 10:50am today, she had some nasty yellow L plates situated behind the wipers. As of about 10:50today I threw those fugly yellow L plates out her window and replaced them with my RED P PLATES.
Wow I'm so lame, everyone's like on their greens by now and I'm running in circles over something that's so two years ago for us. Well screw you guys, I'm gunna run in circles anyways! I'm suprised they didn't kick me outa the motor registry for trying to hug everybody and jumping up and down. Poor John the driving instructor, I'm sure he was glad to see the last of my nervy self. Especially after I hug raped him...twice =S
And what else's happening. I had a job interview for a pretty sweet sounding job-cosmetics and fragrance sales consultants for Myer and David Jones stores. But I didn't go because even if my some miracle I had got a job, I wouldn't have taken it because I want something that's not city based.
So I'm waiting on dad's golf buddy to hear about the bar position at the UWS bar, but now I can drive and own an automobile, the job hunt can be alot less confined.
So when I have another form of income, life will be pretty contentful. I have my boy, who seems happier, and more confident bout us this time round. At the moment it's pretty smooth sailing and I'm thinking ..but don't wanna jinx it.. that it can only be easier/better now I can drive and now his engines almost fixed up.
If I didn't so desperately want to drive somewhere, I'd have a celebratory drink, or several =D
