Initial Impressions
I have arrived, w00tness.
I created this account to take up some of the free time I have throughout the day to treat everyone who visits here with stories of the events of my life. Most recently I have graduated from college and am now trying to get over the fact that I hate the area I studied. Graphic Design isn't as fun as it sounds; the advertisement business fills me with dread. Why did I spend two years studying GD if I hate it so much? It's complicated and coming out of high school I was filled with confused ambition and simply knew that "all good kids go to college after graduating." Riiight.
At least I have acquired a skill that could feed me later in life should I find myself hopelessly unemployed. My classmates weren't so bad either. ...
Anyway, so now I'm about to get into a new job that has nothing to do with GD except that I'll be using computers. And making lots of money. 11+ compared to my current 9.50. :3
Now onto what everyone wants to read about: Manga and Anime.
A few days ago I bought a 5-shelf bookshelf to house my 165 mangas and other books; and it's already full (gotta use two rows if I want to fit any more :x ). I'll have to list what I've got sometime, but not tonight since I have to sleep soon.
Manga of the Moment: The Tarot Cafe has most recently caught my attention; I have the first volume and have every intention of getting the second and third. If you're inclined to the supernatural and unnatural, you should look this up sometime.
Anime of the Moment: I finally bought the Devilman OVA dvd. :3 Really awesome if you're into demons and violence and aren't offended easily. No kiddies or religious advocates please.
I'll have a new MotM and AotM every time I post and any questions are welcome if you have trouble finding info on them.
