vicious-lullaby: like, it's hand-held, and the handle will not turn at all.
vicious-lullaby: I asked her if she could get it to work, thinking maybe it was just stuck and my hands weren't strong enough to turn it
vicious-lullaby: I got Epic Whinging in response
vicious-lullaby: "NOOOOOOO I CAN'T DOOOOO IIIIIIIIIIIT"
vicious-lullaby: so I was like k fine whatever give it here
vicious-lullaby: and basically just started using it to repeatedly stab at the lid instead and get it open that way since the handle would not turn

vicious-lullaby: although at one point I seriously almost did snap at her to get out of the kitchen so I could start yelling profanities at the thing but

vicious-lullaby: "...you just said you couldn't. *moves down the counter to get a knife to finish prying it the rest of the way open*"

vicious-lullaby: decides to just START TRYING TO GRAB IT OUT OF MY HAND WHILE I'M MOVING

vicious-lullaby: SEEING AS SHE WAS MAKING GRABBYHANDS AT SOMETHING WITH SHARP SHARDS OF METAL FUCKING EVERYWHERE
