ღ You have the extremely cranky boy with wangsty family issues whose default reaction to FUCKING EVERYTHING EVER (except for one person!) is COMPLETELY IRRATIONAL RAEG™, but who is actually intensely loving and has absolutely no sense of self beneath.
ღ You have the very solid, steady, earthy athlete with ALL OF ONE FACIAL EXPRESSION that most of said COMPLETELY IRRATIONAL RAEG™ gets thrown onto, for absolutely no logical reason. Said boy with all of one facial expression just ignores this and cares about and looks after him anyway, no matter how badly he gets treated in the process, because that is how he rolls.
ღ AND THEN, you have The Really Kind Smiley Flaily One That Does Not Get Any of Said COMPLETELY IRRATIONAL RAEG™ Ever Because All Cranky Boy Does Is Fawn Over Them As If He Were to Die. Like. EPIC FAWNING. TO THE EXTREME. However, said epic fawning keeps them from ever actually understanding said smiley kind person at all - or the fact that, as smiley and kind as they are, they still have issues/epic bad luck/sortakinda fail at life/whatever. This whole thing just makes smileyflaily person uncomfortable and sadface, even if they obviously care about them too, because they would never want anything to happen to them as a result of their own lacks/misplaced faith/the fact the other person seriously does nothing but fawn over them. (See: Himawari finally snapping at Watanuki in volume ten for being so incredibly blockheaded; Tsuna finally yelling at Gokudera during the Storm Battle for…also being incredibly blockheaded orz. Two, Doumeki/YAMAMOTO parallels = LOLOLOLWAT. It’s seriously kind of disturbing how well even that actually works out. (And nearly as bad as the Kokuyo/Division 11 Chrome/YACHIRU parallels, oi.)
Three, BOTH TRIOS ARE EVEN MITTEN-TASTIC WTF.
Four, if Yuuko turned out to be Reborn in epic cosplay or else Bianchi and Reborn’s lovechild they sent timeskipping just to randomly fuck shit up, I would not be surprised.
