I have continued to work out. I missed monday last week to broken windows, and I missed yoga saturday due to wanting to spend time with my family. That has been a trend. I have not done ab ripper last week at all. I just want that 20 min to get dinner done and have that time to chill with Jaina and Jess.
I am going to try a little better this week. I do not want to miss a workout nad I will eat a bit better. I may not do ab ripper, I may do it, it will depend on the day. I don;t really need a 6 pack so I am not concerned. I am trying to make excersize a normal part of my life, and I feel like I am doing that.
SO I have 3 weeks left with my added week. I want to make it a strong 3 weeks.
