Ok. I have slipped hard this week. I have only doen my workout monday, thursday and 1/2 of my one on wednesday.
I have let myself make excuses and be lame. I will get this together starting monday, and I think I am going to add a week to my program to make up for it. There is no excuse for this, but I am going to press on.
