day 49 & 50

I missed both workouts. I quit.

LOL, no!!!!! I did both my workouts. I am fine, back in the groove, all is good.

Legs and back. I am experimenting with moving the chair around on pullups. I need to lose the damn chair at some point here. I am starting to feel lame. I am getting better at this workout. I still don;t like it as much, but my ass is sore, so I guess thats a good thing.

KenpoX. I kicked ass today. I worked as hard as I could on it and stayed in 150 BPM range on the heart monitor. So thats like, good. Some days I really like that workout, others it hurts to do. But I banged it out.

I am only going to mention food here when I mess up from now on. So there.

Week 7 COMPLETE! Next week is a recovery week. Yoga twice and core synergystics twice. It's a relaxed week. I lost a good amount of wieght ont he last recovery week. We shall see what happens.
