So yesterday was back and Legs. I am up to 15 assisted pullups from 7 when I started. I think when i get to 20 It's tme to man up and do real pull ups. Which are HARD. I really do not like this workout it seems. I had my first "bad day". I was not in it mentally. I still did it, and I was sore as hell this morning. A sore ass is really, really strange by the way. So I guess I stil did good. I just felt poopy.
Ab ripper X reight after legs. I need to work on my leg based moves more. Heals to the heaven and my scisors are freaking lame. I need to do them better. period.
For food on friday I went out to lunch for the first time in forever. I went to chipotle. I got a chicken burrito bowl. Light rice double meat, fajita and tomato salsa. With some sour cream and cheese. Believe it or not, that is perfect for my nutrition plan. It breaks into-
2 portions protien
1 carb
1.5 veggies
2 dairy
Hells yah!

Kenpo. I got it done well today. I am typing this as I drink my recovery drink. It's shocking how much that thing helps you feel better after a real hard workout. I felt a little lazy today. So i am off to get a heart rate monitor.
I am also going to subway. Hells yah!
